REI asked us to create a video for their Active Family Video Contest to help families understand how to participate, but do so in a way that would encourage them to embrace their creativity. So we proposed a fun stop-motion piece, with a very handmade feel, to embody the good vibe and DIY-ness of the brand. We also designed a flash module for their YouTube page to cover the entire process and prizes in more detail. As usual, it was a fun project to work on and direct for them, and we hope that outdoor folks of all bents find it inspiring.
